The My Lamination Neutralising Cream+ is Step 2 of the lash lift application procedure. During Step 1, the S-Bonds within the hair cuticle are broken to allow the hair to mold to its new form. When performing Step 2, the Neutralizing Cream+ will fix and set the S-Bonds to their new shape that will mimic the curve of the shield.
